Terms and Conditions

All Units serviced daily
Check In time - from 1.00pm
Check Out time - by 10.00am on morning of departure
Minimum night stay & peak period rates may apply.
To confirm or secure booking deposit must be received or credit card details given
Deposit consists of one nights accommodation charge.
Deposits only refunded if 7 days notice of cancellation given (off peak periods) & unit is able to be rebooked
No refunds will apply for cancellations for peak times eg. Easter, Queens Birthday etc.
On date of arrival; if customer has not arrived by given time, no deposit received and no contact has been made, then unit cancellation may occur & cancellation fee charged.
Extra persons other than those that have been booked may only be accommodated if there is accommodation available. Please check with us before arriving
Sorry, no animals. Automatic cancellation and loss of deposit may occur.
All units are non-smoking. Smoking bins are provided outside of units
Settlement of all accounts requested on arrival
Sorry we do not have EFT-POS, however we do accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash
