Terms and Conditions
- All Units serviced daily
- Check In time - from 1.00pm
- Check Out time - by 10.00am on morning of departure
- Minimum night stay & peak period rates may apply.
- To confirm or secure booking deposit must be received or credit card details given
- Deposit consists of one nights accommodation charge.
- Deposits only refunded if 7 days notice of cancellation given (off peak periods) & unit is able to be rebooked
- No refunds will apply for cancellations for peak times eg. Easter, Queens Birthday etc.
- On date of arrival; if customer has not arrived by given time, no deposit received and no contact has been made, then unit cancellation may occur & cancellation fee charged.
- Extra persons other than those that have been booked may only be accommodated if there is accommodation available. Please check with us before arriving
- Sorry, no animals. Automatic cancellation and loss of deposit may occur.
- All units are non-smoking. Smoking bins are provided outside of units
- Settlement of all accounts requested on arrival
- Sorry we do not have EFT-POS, however we do accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash

- Single - 1 person, 1 bed
- Twin - 2 persons, 2 beds
- Double - 2 persons, 1 bed
